You decide to start with helping your supervisor, who is an engineer by education and experience, understand the antecedents to employee morale, including the variations of employee attitudes and motivation. You want to be sure he understands the connections between the individual employeeÂ’s satisfaction, attendance and morale. Your presentation should include discussing at least 3 different courses of action, that UPI can implement separately or in combination, to reverse this trend and improve employee morale.
