PURPOSE: the Purpose is twofold:
PRIMARY PURPOSE: Persuade the reader to agree with the writer's position.
SECONDE PURPOSE: Express the writer's feeling about the reader taking action on the topic.
AUDIENCE: As designate with topic, but write to a disagreeing audience. (Do not write to an agreeing or to a neutral or wavering audience.)
