Your Question
Which of these EXPLANATORY PARAGRAPHs is good to submit. I need grammatical correction, an unbiased tone and proper sentence structure or I fail and I've got to submit it today!
To write a story, you need to start with an idea. Try studying other novels to help come up with one. When you have your idea, choose a writing medium, either by typing or writing your ideas in point form. You will find that if the idea is good you will have many points to write down. If you cannot write a lot on the topic, you can either change your topic or do some research. First start your research by looking either in an encyclopaedia or on-line. Type your topic into a search engine and read those results that suit your idea. Once you have your research, add to your points. As you go from point form to full sentences join the ideas together. Try to periodically reread your work to help keep a proper structure going. You can make your story long or short depending on what you choose to write. When you decide you’re finished write your conclusion and save your work. Have someone read your story to find errors and inconsistencies then make the proper changes. When all that is done share your story with family and friends or write another if you wish.

When all that is done the writer can share the story with family and friends or write another if they choose.
